Part of Technogym’s superb Element+ line, the Element+ Crunch Bench offers the ideal training platform for training the abdominal muscles. Ergonomically designed, the abs are worked by raising the legs onto the roller pads. These can be adjusted to suit various heights and weights, while the comfortable backrest has an adjustable incline, providing correct positioning. Together, these offer flexible training with various knee positions targeting different abdominal muscles. Although incredibly compact and ideal for smaller spaces, this bench is incredibly sturdy thanks to its full commercial build. Yellow adjustment pins make it easy to find where to alter positioning.
