PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The full commercial Excite+ Crossover delivers effective training with an abundance of fun thanks to its unique motion experience. Combining 3 in 1 lower body lateral movement with upper body convergent training, it engages the arms, torso, legs and core for incredibly efficient total body training. It’s simply ideal for all fitness goals from weight loss and improved fitness to developing strength in the glutes and legs.
Thanks to three different planes of movement, the centre of mass moves, rotates and adapts constantly to make the lower body shift as the moving surface changes position. During exercise, your legs move backwards, outwards and rotate. The result is an incredibly intensive core workout that also encourages balance and coordination. The more you get into it, the easier and more fun it gets!
The Excite+ Crossover comes equipped with the tablet-like LCD Unity™ console touchscreen. Using Android technology, it’s easy to swipe, scroll, tap and jump between exciting interactive options. This includes 15 built in programmes and the Technogym mywellness® cloud platform, where you can download Technogym and third party apps, create personal profiles and share content. This is an excellent feature for commercial gyms as operators can use connectivity to get to know their customers better and create tailor-made experiences.
Featuring both moving handlebars and a fixed central bar, it’s easy to switch between total body workouts and lower body training while 25 resistance levels ensure enough intensity to suit every fitness level. Handy Fast Track buttons in the moving handlebars make changing the settings hassle-free while built in hand sensors accurately measure heart rate.
The Excite+ Crossover Unity comes with the standard black “Trend” frame. Please see features for alternative colour options.
