The Excite+ LED Recline features a contemporary style with new black frame, refreshed graphics for enhanced usability, and integrated QR code and NFC tag for exercise guidance and tracking.
With 1-25 difficulty levels and a 40-500 resistance at 70 RPM (Watts), this bike is ideal for a number of users with a variation of training preferences, while for comfort there are 27 seat positions and 4 backrest positions.
Its wide selection of programmes include: Quick Start, Goals (Time; Distance; Calories), CPR and Profiles (6).
There are also more specific programmes, depending on your workout preference:
3 sub maximal tests: Fitness Test, Borg 15.
2 military tests: Air Force PRT, Navy PRT.
