Just to say how pleased we have been with your service since we bought our X1500 cross trainer from yourselves last year. Due, I think, to a design fault, both the plastic peddles (why aren't they rubber?) have split and broken over a number of months, but two phonecalls and you have replaced them without the slightest fuss.
I recommended you to my brother (C Wilson of Worcester) who was after a similar item and when I pointed out how pleased we were by your excellent customer service and the speed of delivery, he purchased an X1500 from you too. This is thoroughly deserved on your part. It's so nice to deal with a company who puts the customer first.

Hello Bodypower - We have just taken delivery of a new Pro-Form 600 treadmill.
This is just to say that we are very impressed by the treadmill, and also that we were very impressed by your delivery service, Deliver2home.
The treadmill is a large, heavy package. It was delivered by 3 men who cheerfully put the treadmill in exactly the right place, and partially unwrapped it so we could see it was ok inside the packaging.

I just wanted to e-mail you to say thanks for all your help in getting the Olympic Bench and Bar to me so quickly. It arrived on Tuesday last week in perfect time for my boyfriends birthday on Wednesday. He is really pleased with it, so much so that we have placed another order with you for the weights.
It really does make a refreshing change when people make an effort to provide good customer service, as you did with us, rather than making you feel like you are an inconvenience to them.

The Treadmill arrived this morning earlier than expected, which was great. The chap from "Parcels to Ireland" was very helpful in assisting me bring in the unit.
My two sons helped me put it together and we all had a short run on it to road test it. I am particularly delighted with the Heart Rate Control Program, it is exactly what I was looking for.
Overall this has been an excellent experience, great service, a great product at a great price.

"Just a email of appreciation.
I placed the attached order on the date and time shown. A day or two ago I phoned your company, spoke to a charming very helpful lady on the telephone, enquiring when I could expect delivery. She phoned me back within the ten minutes that she promised. Told me my order would arrive today, 8-11-06. It has done.
You are one of very few companies, that 'do what it says on the can!' You deliver when you say you will, and your customer services is beyond any reproach. Given that my order was a 100LBS (55Kilo) punch bag, even the Nightfreight driver was superb. We live well off the beaten track, are very hard to locate, and you cant get a wagon to the house! (I was at work), the driver helped load this huge package onto a trailer and it was towed to the house by grass cutter.
Due to the hours I am forced to work, I order loads on line. Several times I have assured myself I will stop. There is nearly always a problem, and it transpires it would have been easier to just go and buy whatever I want from the shops. You have restored my faith in on line shopping.
I will certainly use your company again, and have already recommended you to two colleagues and boxing enthusiasts!"
