I Ordered a Tunturi C30-19, wow what a machine, Thanks it is outstanding and it was delivered much quicker than I thought it would be. Great price, great service, very quick delivery well done!!
Decided to purchase a Tunturi C30-19 elliptical cross trainer from Fitness-Superstore (FS) and this really is the king of cross trainers so if you have the money go for it. I am 17 stone, so I am by no means small. I have purchased a few home cross trainers in the past and they simply fell apart.
You will not find a better site on the net for buying high quaility brand new sports equipment selling at up to 50% cheaper than other companies such as GYMWORLD and SWEATBAND. The Tunturi that I bought retails at £899 and I purchased it from FITNESS-SUPERSTORE for £499 'what a deal!!!!' the next nearest competitor who was GYMWORLD wanted £809 and SWEATBAND wanted £899. So in a nut shell you would have to be crazy to walk past savings like that!! I have bought from Sweatband before, do not go near them!!! it took ages for the delivery and when it did come it was broken!! I sent it back and it took monthes to get my money back!!
I live in rural Scotland and I paid £3.50 for next day delivery from FS. After I placed my order with FS which was before 12pm I was promptly called back by the company to tell me that my order had been dispatched. Sure enough 11am the next day the Tunturi arrived! wow, now that's service!!
To summarise FS has a great website! great products!, cheapest on the market by far! great customer service! excellent delivery! Well done fitness superstore i will be buying from them again and I will be recommending Fitness superstore to friends and family!! well done again 5 star!!!

"I've just bought a Nordic Track 900 Audiostrider Cross Trainer. My reason for writing mainly is to praise your excellent staff. I wasn't sure which one to get, and when I phoned expected the usual "I don't know" or something similar. In fact I got advice from a sales person in Manchester who was SO helpful.
I decided to drive up to Manchester from Stafford and so glad I did. When spending so much cash it's difficult to fully judge just by the internet.
Both guys in the Manchester store were so helpful, knowledgable and very pleasant.
I am very pleased with the build quality of the Nordic and happy with my purchase.
I would HIGHLY recommend this Company.

Due, I think, to a design fault, both the plastic peddles (why aren't they rubber?) have split and broken over a number of months, but two phonecalls and you have replaced them without the slightest fuss.
I recommended you to my brother (C Wilson of Worcester) who was after a similar item and when I pointed out how pleased we were by your excellent customer service and the speed of delivery, he purchased an X1500 from you too. This is thoroughly deserved on your part. It's so nice to deal with a company who puts the customer first.
