The Torque Fitness F5 Fold Away Strength Trainer™ combines optimal time saving full body workouts with incredible space efficiency. Equipped with two position, internally mounted dual adjustable swivel pulley columns, this innovative home gym system allows for more exercise variety in a functional training design that optimizes workout efficiency while enhancing aesthetic appeal and space efficiency. It’ simple to find a corner in which to tuck the compact F5.
The F5 produces the greatest amount of exercise variety by providing a progressive workout platform combining bench supported exercise movements with the ability to fold and lock the bench up and out of the way. This provides an open exercise platform for performing exercise ball* (sold separately, burst-proof exercise ball required) and standing exercise movements that allow for functional, user defined and core strengthening exercise movements. Studies show this is the most effective way to train your body for maximal performance and efficiency.
This unprecedented amount of exercise variety allows you to avoid the diminished results of muscular adaptation, when your body gets used to training the same muscle in the same manner over and over again and allows you to mix up the way you train your body which reduces repetitive stress injuries and provides increased results in less time.
** Please note the F5 Gym does NOT require fixing to a the wall for stability as it weighs 370kgs, unlike cheaper "door closing" gyms on the market.

Ease of use: The Torque Fitness F5 Multi gym has a unique, patent pending design in which the entire exercise apparatus quickly and easily folds up into a package with latching doors. Elevated latches make the unit harder for children to get into when closed up.
Space Saving: Easily fits into a corner folding up into a industry leading 3.7 foot (42 inches / 107 cm) by 3.7 foot (42 inches / 107 cm) space. Therefore providing optimal exercise variety in the least amount of user space required.
Exercises: Over 150 exercises within a 6’ x 6’ requirement. User space equals 4.2 exercises per square foot.
Cables: 17 position vertical cable columns accommodate a multitude of pulley positions for optimal exercise variety. Two width positions on columns (47 inches / 119 cm and 57 inches / 145 cm) is a Torque Fitness exclusive feature that more appropriately fits individual exercise paths of motion as well as different user sizes.
Weight Stacks: Numbered adjustment holes allow for easy pulley alignment (#1 - #17). Swivel pulleys each move through 120° range of motion to accommodate natural body movements. Swivel pulley plates are reinforced and provide a constant 90° angle between the cable and the FAST Attach cable end eliminating the crimping that usually occurs at the cable end and can accelerate cable wear.
Pulleys:Dual adjustable swivel pulleys are 2:1 resistance ratio when used individually providing half of the selected resistance as well as doubling the cable travel allowing for finer resistance increments as well as greater user range of motion.
Secure: Easy pull pin locking mechanism locks bench in both horizontal position as well as when it is folded up in the storage position. Three position seat pad adjusts to a decline angle for incline press positions, flat for flat press position and an incline position which helps user prevent arching of the back when performing prone leg curl. Five angle adjustments: 0° flat, 30°incline, 45° incline, 60° incline and 75°shoulder press positions.
Folding: Folding and locking the bench in the upright (storage) position provides open exercise platform allowing for exercise ball* and standing exercises.
Platform: Open platform also allows for standing, self supported exercise movements optimizing multiple muscle group movements including functional, sports specific and core development training.
Weights: 200lbs of blended cast / steel weight plates are precision cast and machined for precise balance in ten (10) pound increments. Weight plate bushings with flange to produce sound dampening barrier between plates are made from a material designed to withstand years of pounding without deformation. Torque Fork™ weight selector pin is flat to prevent pivoting as well as magnetized to adhere to the selected plate when in use. Solid steel guide rods for smooth true tracking of the weight stack.
Build Quality: Commercial grade steel shrouds provide a sleek aesthetic appearance as well as minimize exposure to moving parts. Patent pending FAST-Attach quick coupling system allows for quick and easy changeover of desired handles and attachments.
