Simply plug in a goal specific SD card in to the console, and let the machine take over. With a personal trainer speaking to you throughout, the I-Fit SD function then controls your bikes resistance to provide you with a stimulating workout. the coach will keep you motivated and make sure you work out to the optimum level to et the best results. Each SD card contains an 8 week training programme for targetted goal specific results like weight loss, wellness and body sculpt.
