The 11kg flywheel uses an ECB-PLUS Magnetic Resistance System for maximum performance and durability. Plus, with the QUIET-GLIDE Supersilent poly-V belt, you can enjoy a pedalling motion which is both ultra-smooth and quiet. The Premier console features 18 programmes including the acclaimed SPRINT 8® workout for high-intensity training. You can easily control speed and elevation using the Programme Quick Keys and track your performance, monitoring time, speed, distance and more.
