The vibrant, 7” full colour LCD screen displays all your training feedback with clarity, allowing you to keep track of your performance and progress with ease, while 13 built-in workouts help you get started fast. Included is the highly-acclaimed SPRINT 8 for interval training, a medically proven regimen that requires just three 20-minute workouts per week.

Take your training into the real world! Featuring built-in Virtual Active programming, you can cycle your way through stunning, real-world via footage from real-world locations displayed on your console. The intelligent video playback even adjusts to match your terrain and speed, really bringing the experience to life. Passport-ready, you can also go large by linking up wirelessly to your home television with Passport Media Player (sold separately).

The R40 certainly delivers on comfort. It features a Comfort Arc, breathe-easy mesh seat with unique lumbar support, providing just the right cushioning and constant support, while its convenient, step-thru design allows easy access. You can also enjoy the support of adjustable, self-balancing pedals which provide additional stability. Plus, to keep your ride as smooth as possible, the durable flywheel and ECB-Plus Magnetic Resistance work seamlessly together to power 20 levels of resistance so you can enjoy a smooth ride no matter how hard you push it!

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!
Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
