• The Bodypower Sports Warranty is solely applicable for the use of equipment in the home environment. If the equipment by used in any other situation i.e commercial use, the warranty becomes effectively and immediately void.
• Some manufacturers offer a free warranty upgrade, provided that the customer registers their purchase with them, within a specific time period. In the event of a manufacturer offering a free warranty upgrade; this must be take up by the customer. The Fitness Superstore extended warranty will run from the end of this extended period.
• The customer must retain their receipt of purchase for the goods under warranty. Without this document Bodypower Sports may not be able to validate your warranty agreement.
• The Bodypower Sports Warranty applies as long as the item remains in possession of the original owner only.
• The Bodypower Sports Warranty guarantees all original parts (excluding consumables) for an extra year in addition to the manufacturer's warranty from the date of initial delivery or installation. In some cases faulty parts may need to be returned to the original manufacturer.
• The Bodypower Warranty covers the cost of all labour for the complete repair of the item for an extra year in addition to the manufacturer's labour warranty from the date of initial delivery or installation. Please note that the labour warranty is only available to mainland UK addresses (excluding Highlands). With certain brands you may be required to fit basic components with the assistance of written or verbal instructions, this is subject to the complexity of the repair required.
• Bodypower Sports will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Secondly no liability will be accepted for damage caused by improper assembly of the product or abuse.
