The 7kg flywheel provides a smooth ride while 16 levels of resistance deliver plenty of training options, whatever your fitness level. Fitted with a user-friendly, 5.7" LCD display, progress tracking is made easy. It displays all your key workout information including your total distance, speed and calories burned. There are also hand sensors conveniently built into the handlebars providing accurate heart rate readings throughout your training session. With 18 motivating programmes, training boredom will be a thing of the past. Choose from 12 pre-set, 4 Heart Rate Control (HRC) as well as one manual or user-defined. Key comfort features come in the form of the ergonomically designed handlebars. These provide additional comfort to help you maximise training. With the choice of moving or fixed handlebars, you can alternate depending on your training goals. Handy transport wheels ensure it's easy to move from place to place.
