PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The York R301 has been built to provide a full-body cardiovascular workout. With an extensive 16 levels of air magnetic resistance, you can progressively increase the intensity of your exercise sessions. Combining air and magnetic resistance, the result is a smooth, natural rowing motion.
The comprehensive console makes progress tracking easy. The animated 7" blue backlit LCD display shows all your key performance statistics including time, distance, calories, strokes, strokes per minute and heart rate. Fitted with a wireless heart rate receiver, accurate heart rate monitoring couldn't be easier. To keep your training varied and challenging, you can take your pick from 16 programmes including 12 pre-set and one for heart rate control.
Designed to deliver on comfort, the R301 features a comfortable, moulded seat with smooth, roller bearing action. This runs along a durable aluminium track and provides fluid motion without catching. There are also adjustable footplates with straps so you can find your ideal positioning.
The R301 folds away conveniently making it ideal where space is limited.
