We don’t have any plans to further reduce our prices during our Black Friday sale, but you can buy with the knowledge that we will refund you the difference if we do!

If you make a purchase during our Black Friday sale, and see that the price of your product is subsequently reduced in price, just email us to request that we refund the difference.

To claim your refund, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, postcode and details of the item that has been reduced in price.

Terms

•    The Black Friday Promise applies to orders made between November 17th 2023 and November 28th 2023 at fitness-superstore.co.uk, in one of our stores or over-the-phone
•    Price Promise requests must be submitted before December 1st 2023
•    Refunds will be made to your original payment method 
•    We will aim to respond to your Price Promise request within two working days
•    Price promise applies to product price only, not changes to delivery fees
