This superb, full commercial barbell, dumbbells and discs Spinlock set delivers everything you need for flexible, efficient and reliable free weight training. It comes complete with a 5ft standard barbell and dumbbell handles, along with an incredible 90kg of standard tri-grip weight plates. Whether you want to work your chest, biceps, shoulders or glutes, there’s enough changeability to suit your every training need.
The standard 1” diameter barbell is precision engineered for balance and durability. Compact at 5ft, it fits easily in any gym or home setting. The two 18” Spinlock standard dumbbell handles allow you to perform alternative exercises. These feature solid, heavily chromed steel with deep threads for safety and durability.
The plate-load ends for the 5ft Barbell are 28cm, with a distance between plate loads of 93cm.
The set comes with a wide range of rubber encased tri-grip cast iron standard discs. The unique tri-grip design with durable 1” steel inserts makes loading safer and easier, while the rubber encasing reduces noise and protects both the weights and your surfaces.
Six Spinlock collars are included. A quick spin and your weights are fixed securely to the barbell or dumbbells.
