This superb barbell, dumbbells and discs set is highly convenient, bringing you excellent versatility to complement your free weight training. Complete with a 5ft standard barbell and dumbbell handles, you can switch exercises between each using the wide selection of standard discs.
The standard 1” diameter barbell is precision engineered for balance and durability. At 5ft, it’s compact and fits easily in any gym or home setting. The two 18” Spinlock standard dumbbell handles allow you to perform alternative exercises. These feature solid, heavily chromed steel with deep threads for safety and durability.
The plate-load ends for the 5ft Barbell are 28cm, with a distance between plate loads of 93cm.
The set comes with a wide range of rubber encased tri-grip cast iron standard discs. The unique tri-grip design with durable 1” steel inserts makes loading safer and easier, while the rubber encasing reduces noise and chance of damage to both the weights and your surfaces.
Six Spinlock collars are included. A quick spin and your weights are fixed securely to the barbell or dumbbells.
