PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This high quality combination Body Power Punchbag and Speedball Stand is a great addition to your boxing programme, providing excellent training flexibility. Made of solid steel, the frame is durable and stable with the ability to use with any punchbag up to a recommended 20kg. The wooden board provides great rebound for your punches. For customisation, the speedball can be adjusted between 190 and 215cm in distance from the board. Using the included poles at the bottom of the stand, we recommend you use at least 6 x 10kg cast weight plates to weigh the stand down. Speedball pictured is included. WARRANTY One year.
