It features a seat that shapes to your form, supporting you throughout every stroke, and thanks to a textured finish, prevents any slipping so you can feel totally secure. The adjustable footplates incorporate an angled surface under the ball of your foot that assists your leg drive, while the ergonomic handlebar reduces strain on your wrists and hands. The large water tank features plastic impellers that capture more water and deliver greater drag with improved proximity to the surrounding tank walls. The result is an unlimited resistance range with no dead spots – you feel the challenge throughout the entire stroke. The tank is double sealed to prevent water egress when it’s overfilled or stood vertically for storage. It boasts a more precise mechanism, tighter tolerances, greater precision in assembly and alignment of internal components for a more robust, longer-lasting product. The R300’s on-board computer sits at the ideal height, making it easy for you to view your workout data on-the-go. Its active recoil system makes use of an extended bungee length and 2x precision one way bearings for a rapid stroke that will keep up with your intense session. The rower is secure in use, and is easy to move around on any surface.
