Foam lined and filled with soft textiles, it provides greater shock absorbency and hand protection. The punch bag is supplied with heavy duty metal D-rings and chain set. To increase longevity of the bag, we recommend purchasing the Bodypower Hook and Swivel Bracket (BPBEAC1118). Also available: 3ft and 5ft.
