Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Product warranties are either 6 months or 12 months “return to base”. Please check the product warranty section for full warranty details of this particular product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Endurance by Body-Solid R300 Indoor Rower delivers an effective low-impact and total-body workout. Not only does the rowing movement provide users with high-intensity calorie-burning cardio but works quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominals, obliques, lats, biceps, triceps, hip flexors and more.
User-controlled air resistance puts users in full control for a balanced and coordinated workout. Responding to your level of intensity, the resistance increases as you pick up the speed, but thanks to the precision-engineered flywheel, noise is reduced to a minimum.
A textured, ergonomic handle allows users to row with natural hand and arm positions while fully-adjustable footrests provide users a safe and comfortable workout on the R300. Users can stay entertained or track their workout progress too, with the convenient phone holder.
The interactive console reports on time, heart rate, calories, paddle width, stroke rate, distance cycle and watts, and is Polar compatible (chest strap sold separately). Sophisticated, but easy to use, 8 different exercise programmes are built into the console, ensuring your workouts stay varied and motivating.
When you’ve finished rowing, the R300 can be easily separated into multiple pieces for efficient storage.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
