The new Bowflex® HVT™ is the ultimate 2-in-1 machine, combining cardio and strength into every workout. The Bowflex® HVT’s unique sequence of moves can ignite your metabolism and go beyond the workout, creating an after burn effect that burns calories for hours after you’ve finished.
Hybrid Velocity Training combines short bursts of cardio with dynamic, full-body movements designed to maximise muscle activation and provide a time-saving, high intensity workout in about 18 minutes!
The HVT™ features 3 pre-programmed workouts. Choose “Sprint” to increase your power, speed and recovery, “Circuit” to focus on strength, form and range of motion, and “Builder” to increase your strength and endurance. You can also create your own custom workout with Manual Mode, choosing from 50 unique exercises to form a workout programme that suits you!
With 3 pulley heights, 6 premium hand grips and a quick turn dial delivering 16 levels of adjustable fan resistance, the HVT™ workout can activate up to 5x more muscles than traditional strength training and can burn as many calories as running 1.5 miles!
Featuring the Dynamic Coaching Console, the machine syncs with the free HVT™ App, offering 50 full screen trainer-led videos to coach you through each exercise, to ensure proper form and technique for maximum results. Every Bowflex® HVT™ comes with enhanced Bluetooth connectivity so you can seamlessly set goals, sync workouts and track your progress with the App.
