Using air to power the resistance, the rower responds to your effort on every stroke, giving you full control of your workout intensity. Adjusting your resistance is easy, using the spiral damper. This is conveniently positioned on the right of the flywheel, which has been designed to minimise noise. Whether you want the feel of a sleek, fast boat or slow, heavier one, you’re in charge. ADVANCED PM5 CONSOLE The Model D rower comes with the most advanced Performance Monitor – the PM5. Sophisticated yet easy to use, the backlit display screen lights up as soon as you start to row, providing accurate tracking of key performance data and comparable data for every row. With an adjustable monitor arm, you can tweak the height and angle to get the best view. The user-friendly menu helps you manage a wide range of features including pre-set workouts and games. With the included USB Flash Drive, you can store or transfer your performance data to your Mac or PC, while ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart connectivity allow you to add wireless heart rate monitoring.
