With 16 levels to choose from, it supports all abilities and offers workout flexibility. Work hard, or take it down a few notches – the choice is yours. With a fitted heart rate receiver, it's easy to work out whether you’re working to the right level. COMMERCIAL GRADE QUALITY The E216 is innovative, reliable and virtually maintenance free. Featuring FluidRower's exceptional Direct Drive System (patent applied), it puts you in direct contact with the water - no chains or sprockets interrupt the flawless fluidity of the rowing action. Built to take on the strain of commercial use, it's decked out with a tough polycarbonate tank in attractive blue with a heavy duty anodized aluminium rail. The multi-level computer display makes workout tracking a breeze. It displays your strokes per minute, calories burned, optional heart rate and more. Complete with USB connectivity, you can also give your workout a boost by taking your training online. COMFORT AND SUPPORT With user experience very much in mind, FluidRower has included all the comfort features needed for a satisfying workout. It's fitted with a super comfortable "office height" seat providing easy access and exit. Add to this the customisable footplates and comfort-grip ergonomic handle and the result is smooth and quiet rowing every time. It also features rubber adhesive feet for added stability. With simple assembly, small footprint and compact storage, the E216 is virtually maintenance free – ideal for any home or environment.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
