PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Newport Plus Reserve features 4 levels of Adjustable Fluid Resistance at the turn of a dial. Delivering the sound and feel of real on-water rowing, level 1 provides the perfect degree of fluid resistance for beginners and rehabilitation patients, or dial it up to level 4 for high intensity interval training and short sprints. The resistance is silky smooth at every level, with a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance throughout each stroke.
The Newport Plus Reserve rower’s textured seat prevents slipping, and runs on an aluminium rail for a smooth, silent motion, and height adjustable footplates ensure secure footing. Complete with a multi-level monitor, you can keep track of your time, watts, distance, strokes per minute, calories, resistance level and pulse (requires optional fitted receiver and chest strap – not included). The transport wheels make it easy to move, and it is designed to be stored vertically, creating a minimal footprint when not in use.
