The rower comes complete with a performance monitor displaying time, stroke count per minute and calories so you can track your progress more effectively. It features an ergonomic handle, designed specifically to prevent arm, wrist and hand strain while the durable seat and well-balanced footboards offer comfort, strength and ease of use. Simple to assemble and with in-built transit wheels, the rower is light, easy to move on any surface and virtually maintenance free.
