PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Your complete home gym in a bag. The GoFit ProStick breaks down to be completely portable and is ready anywhere, at anytime. By combining the prostick with the Core Performance education, you can work on the three core components of an active life: strength, balance and stability. The dual tube light and medium weight systems allows for progressive resistance that can be used separately or together, either with soft grip handles to emulate dumbbells or with the ProStick to emulate barbell exercises. In addition to a door anchor and a carry bag instruction is given in a Core Performance laminated exercise booklet.
