Squeeze the collar in the gap, and the collar slides easily off the bar.
Slide the collar onto the bar against the weight plate & your ready for lifting.
The collars offer added security when lifting & come in two sizes: For standard please order GOACG744 25.4mm & for olympic please order GOACG746 52mm.
