With 10 Pre-Set Training Programs you are able to put your cardiovascular performance to the test, while there is also a User Mode Program, Fat Burning Program x3, Interval Training Program x3, H.R.C Program x3, T.H.R. Program, Recovery Program, Body Fat Calculation Program, Watt control program x3 and Training Program Difficulty Control. The handlebar heart rate monitor measures your stats while you work up a sweat, with an optional telemetry chest belt for further accurate, in depth results (sold separately). All workout feedback calculated is then displayed on the LCD screen, informing you of the following data: speed, time, distance, calories, watt, pulse, program, load and RPM. The IE 6800am also offers USB charging for your phone and/or tablet charging (5V / 2.1A), along with optional iConsole+ app compatibility.
