PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Part of the Jordan Fitness Performance Functional Fitness Series, these Plyometric Platforms are ideal for resistance exercises, such as slow tempo step ups or Bulgarian split squats, as well as resisted bodyweight drills, jump training and general improvement of lower body elastic strength.
Solid and stable, they feature a heavy duty oval frame with non-slip platforms. For easy portability, there is a transport wheel, strategically fitted on the leg.
Available in 3 sizes – small (35cm), medium (50cm) and large (65cm). Featuring a space-saving, stackable design, you can buy all three and stack as a set for convenient storage.
