Additionally, the pendulum ball bearing located in disk joints ensure a smooth performance at all times. With this in mind, the Rivo P is ideal for strengthening your entire body, specifically the hamstrings, glutes, quads, biceps, triceps. Its blue backlit LCD screen features a continuous display of 7 functions and perspiration-resistant keys, along with 10 training programs to choose from, which include Heart Rate Control programs. Alongside the vast selection of programs is a recovery pulse fitness test enabling you to monitor your fitness progression as your endurance improves, paired with a visual alarm to indicate when you are exceeding your max pulse rate. The Rivo P features adjustable treads and a height adjustment located at the rear for the optimum comfort during each training session. Meanwhile, for movement and repositioning of the Elliptical Trainer, there are transport castors located at the front.
