Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Product warranties are either 6 months or 12 months “return to base”. Please check the product warranty section for full warranty details of this particular product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Comfort and motivation are integral to the C1 Upright Cycle. It features a host of comfort features, including incredibly quiet motion, a standard upright seat with 14 positions and self-balancing pedals with ratcheting straps for easy adjustments. To complement this, the bike comes fitted with the upgraded Track Connect console, which offers simple controls and easy access to exciting workouts and fitness apps.
The Track Connect console is perfect if you want greater variety and advanced programmes. There are 15 built-in workouts in total to keep your training varied. These include:
Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill
Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test
HeartSync™ heart rate controlled workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill,™ Heart Rate Interval,™ Extreme Heart Rate™
Goal workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate
HIIT: custom High Intensity Interval training
Plus, you can also connect to the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website, which provides you with access to a world of unlimited programmes and online performance tracking via the LFConnect app and more. Thanks to the user-friendly console, it’s simple to navigate with all your workout programmes grouped with one touch keys.
The C1 allows you to create up to 4 user profiles. Ideal for the whole family, each user can store their individual workout statistics and save 3 custom workouts. Plus, with built-in hand sensors and optional wireless chest strap, heart rate monitoring is at your convenience.
The C1 is also equipped with an energy-saving mode, allowing you to dramatically lower your energy consumption when the machine is turned on but not in use.
