Incredibly convenient, quiet and smooth, the C1 is the perfect entry into the renowned family of upright Lifecycle bikes.
Seamlessly merging comfort with motivating features to keep you energised, the C1 Upright Bike provides an exciting cycling workout at home. With remarkably quiet motion, you can listen to music, watch television or simply concentrate on your goals without distraction while you pedal the miles away.
Designed to deliver the most natural upright riding position, it come complete with a standard upright seat with 14 positions. For added comfort and the self-balancing pedals come with ratcheting straps for easy adjustments, ensuring you get a safe, effective workout every time.
The Track+ console connects to Android™ and Apple® devices and lets you access personalised workouts, apps such as RunSocial (formally known as Paofit), real-time workout tracking, and your favourite third-party fitness apps. It has the tools that provide an engaging home workout experience that makes it easier to reach your workout goals. There are 14 built-in workouts to keep your training varied including 5 advanced HeartSync™ programmes and Fit Test which monitors and inspires improvement.
The C1 also allows you to create up to 4 user profiles. Ideal for the whole family, each user can store their individual workout statistics and save 3 custom workouts. With iPod compatibility, you can train whenever you want without disturbing anyone. Plus, with built-in hand sensors and optional wireless chest strap, heart rate monitoring is at your convenience.
