PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The innovative 3-in-1 design of the FS4 means that it is more than a cross-trainer, fitting seamlessly into the home environment with its compact footprint and smart finish.
Paired with 20 resistance levels is the unique Side-Drive™ system, which utilises the ellipse pattern from previous models to ensure a smooth, natural-feeling path of motion. Meanwhile, extended RangePedal™ design and QuickGrip™ ergonomic handles personalise the comfort to your body type.
Reversed rollers mean that the pedals are protected to reduce wear and noise levels, while the side platforms act as dedicated foot placement for upper-body-only workouts.
Experience 10 workouts featuring LFA custom workout uploads* via the 7" LCD colour touch screen, which displays feedback in the following formats: Level, Time, Speed (mph, km/h, rpm), Pace, Distance, Heart Rate, Target Heart Rate, Calories, and METs.
Now you can incorporate strength training into your cardio workout thanks to the attachment points which are located on the machine. These allow for the use of resistance bands, and are coupled with platforms on each side to enable upper-body workouts.
The premium touch screen console interacts with popular fitness Apps and wearables via Bluetooth and NFC connection, while wireless connection allows for software updates and new workout uploads, which keeps workouts fresh and inviting.
Contact heart rate sensors are located on the moving QuickGrip handles, along with telemetry heart rate monitoring (wireless strap included, Bluetooth chest strap optional), for optimum data tracking.
Other special features include USB charging, past history workout data*, LFconnect Protect proactive monitoring* and a smart device entertainment rack.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
