PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FS6’s F-I-T System™ enables three functional exercise modes, integrated premium aesthetics and tailors the workout experience to your body. Its innovative 3-in-1 design means the FS6 is more than just a cross trainer, thanks to attachments points allowing the use of resistance bands, and platforms on each side for upper-body workouts.
Featuring the Side-Drive™ system, the FS6 ensures a smooth, natural-feeling path of motion, and an adjustable stride range of 18” to 26” adds variety to your workouts. Comfort isn’t an issue either, thanks to an extended RangePedal™ design and QuickGrip™ ergonomic handles that personalize the comfort to your body type.
Experience 12 workouts featuring LFA custom workout uploads* via the 7” LCD colour touch screen, which displays feedback in the following formats: Level, Time, Speed (mph, km/h, rpm), Pace, Distance, Heart Rate, Target Heart Rate, Calories, and METs.
The premium touch screen console interacts with popular fitness Apps and wearables via Bluetooth and NFC connection, while wireless connection allows for software updates and new workout uploads, which keeps workouts fresh and inviting. Plus, it boasts a small footprint and premium Dark Walnut finish that complements nearly any home or décor.
Contact heart rate sensors are located on the moving QuickGrip™ handles, along with telemetry heart rate monitoring (wireless strap included, Bluetooth chest strap optional), for optimum data tracking.
Other special features include USB charging, past history workout data*, LFconnect Protect proactive monitoring* and a smart device entertainment rack.
