The G3 Cable Motion Gym is a versatile all-in-one machine that allows you to target multiple major muscle groups. Incredibly robust, it offers practically unlimited exercise options so you can maximise your training for day-to-day and sports-related activities, achieving better results in less time. Although compact, its intelligent design ensures unrestricted movements for all exercises.
Featuring cables and both high and mid swivel pulleys, you can enjoy unrestricted motion which is fluid and biomechanically correct. This helps you to build balance and strengthen core stability for multiple muscle groups.
The G3 is incredibly comfortable, featuring an adjustable, fully customisable back pad which reduces the chance of injury by keeping you correctly positioned for your workouts. Space-efficient, the G3 fits neatly into a corner, making it ideal where space is limited.
With the addition of the included G3 Leg Press attachment, you can further challenge your lower body muscles by performing both leg press exercises and calf raises too.
