The G3 Cable Motion Gym is an effective, easy-to-use machine that targets multiple major muscle groups all in one. Durable and compact, it features virtually unlimited exercise options so you can maximise your training for day-to-day and sports-related activities, achieving better results in less time.
Featuring cables and both high and mid swivel pulleys, you can enjoy unrestricted motion which is fluid and biomechanically correct. This helps you to build balance and strengthen core stability for multiple muscle groups.
To maximise your comfort, the G3 features an adjustable back pad which not only allows you to tweak to your individual needs, but also reduces the chance of injury by keeping you correctly positioned as you train. Space-efficient, the G3 fits neatly into a corner, making it ideal where space is limited.
