Plus, the FlexDeck Shock Absorption (with 8 Lifespring shock absorbers) deliver consistent cushioning to reduce impact to your joints by up to 30%, whilst the spacious 56 x 152 cm running area and 20cm handrails allows for a smooth, comfortable run.
The ST 21” touch screen display console allows for true 1080p television viewing and the LFconnect Product monitors your equipment to make sure that it is operating properly. Workouts include Time, Distance, Climb, Interval, Aerobics, Watts, METs, Starter Interval and Reverse. The WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity helps to keep users engaged, making the treadmill perfect for all fitness levels. With customised exercise workouts and integration with popular fitness apps you can’t go wrong with the Integrity DST treadmill.
