The Life Fitness Integrity SST cross-trainer features a natural stride of 20”, offering a smooth and fluid motion, while a large area of knee clearance makes it comfortable for tall users. Coupled with large 15”, oversized non-slip pedals, there are plenty of foot placement options for exercisers (plus the pedal surface is easy to clean).
The ST 16” touch screen display console allows for true 1080p television viewing and the LFconnect Product monitors your equipment to make sure that it is operating properly. Workouts include Time, Distance, Climb, Interval, Aerobics, Watts, METs, Starter Interval and Reverse. The WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity helps to keep users engaged, making the treadmill perfect for all fitness levels. With customised exercise workouts and integration with popular fitness apps, the Integrity ST cross-trainer is a wise choice for your facility.
LifePulse Digital Heart Rate Monitoring with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) utilise conveniently placed hand sensors on the ergonomic grip handles to provide accurate heart rate monitoring.
