The innovative Life Fitness Platinum Club Series FlexStrider Variable Trainer redefines your home workout experience. The unique ellipse path provides natural movement similar to running or jogging and it’s easy to adjust your stride length for workout variety. Instantly switch the path between 0 and 36” for diversity, intervals on the fly and a complete workout that blitzes your whole body.
Equipped with the cutting edge Discover SE3 HD Console, the Platinum Club Series FlexStrider allows you to experience advanced training options. Built with a contemporary dashboard design, you can navigate around the 21" 1080p touch screen and select your workouts and entertainment with ease. Watch your favourite TV programmes via the integrated TV, browse the internet, explore popular entertainment Apps such as Netflix™, YouTube™ and BBC®, and enjoy home screen customisation.
With built-in programmes a-plenty, get the motivation or challenge you need. Programmes range from Classic, Healthy Heart, Goal and Performance, or check out the Fit Test. You can also go interactive with Lifescape™ courses, which take you on high definition hikes though famous world-wide locations. With access to the LFConnect website and app, you can personalise your workout settings, edit TV channels, personalise your home screen with photos and messages, track your workouts and more.
The FlexStrider features one-touch resistance controls on the moving handlebars, oversized, narrow spaced pedals for reducing lateral hip shifting and convenient Lifepulse™ digital heart rate hand sensors built right into the handlebars.
This FlexStrider comes in Diamond White. Other colours available include: Titanium Storm, Blank Onyx and Arctic Silver.
