If your delivery address is within 100 miles of our Head Office in Northampton (NN3 8RJ), and we can safely palletise the product, we will deliver this with a kerbside delivery. If you are unsure of whether your order qualifies for delivery, please contact us before making your order. Alternatively, the item can be collected from our ex-display warehouse at South Portway Close, Northampton. If you would like to collect the item, simply choose a collection slot at checkout.
Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Product warranties are either 6 months or 12 months “return to base”. Please check the product warranty section for full warranty details of this particular product.

Fitted with the engaging Track+ console, the Lifecycle RS3 brings you incredibly energising training versatility for truly effective results, delivered with total comfort thanks to its proven Lifecycle health club quality design. The bike is incredibly quiet right through 20 challenging resistance levels.
Designed for optimum ease of use, the RS3 features an ergonomic, step-through design with dual-grip front assist handlebar for easy access and hold. Meanwhile the ergonomic mesh seat not only keeps you cool and adjusts horizontally for customised positioning, but it reclines too. Ensuring you’re relaxed and comfortable at all times, it's the ideal way to inspire motivation.
TRACK+ CONSOLE FEATURES
If exciting workouts and interaction is what you're after, you've come to the right place. The Track+ console features 14 built-in workouts grouped by type for easier selection. These include 5 advanced HeartSync™ programmes and a Fit Test which offers the ultimate fitness goal encouragement. You can also access third party, Android™ and Apple® fitness apps such as RunSocial (formally Paofit) to assist you with your training goals or connect to the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website for real-time workout tracking and unlimited workout downloads. With the option to create 4 user profiles, the whole family can track their performance individually.
The Track+ console perfectly combines advanced programmes with ease of use. The sharp display feeds back your key workout information in a simple format, grouping workouts by type for easier selection.
The Life Fitness RS3 Lifecycle has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to closely monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
