For accurate heart rate monitoring, there are contact heart rate sensors, conveniently built into the front handlebar, monitoring you at every stride. You can also use the included wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accuracy and convenience. ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES The Track console includes all the tracking and entertainment features you need to keep you motivated. There are 14 built-in workouts, certain to keep your training varied and you can store up to 4 user profiles with 3 custom workouts each. As well as the pre-stored programmes, the Track console allows you to download even more from the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website. You can create custom workouts and track your results online.
