No matter how hard you push yourself on the X3 Elliptical Trainer, its WhisperStride™ technology keeps things remarkably quiet whilst delivering a smooth, fluid motion. A durable elliptical made with heavy duty steel, it uses a Patented Link6™ elliptical drive system, resulting in a smooth, natural stride every time. With synchronised upper and lower body movements and a generous stride length, you achieve a complete, total body workout. The 4 x 6" LCD with blue background clearly displays all your crucial training feedback including speed, calories and distance as well as other key measures. Plus, contact heart rate sensors on the stationary handlebars allow you to track your progress as you push through each stage of your workout. The X3 elliptical also comes with a wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accurate, continuous readings. ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES The Track console has the tracking and entertainment features to keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals. With 14 varied built-in workouts, there’s a programme to suit you whether you have a specific fitness goal, need inspiration or want to test your limits. You also have the option to store up to 4 user profiles with up to 3 custom workouts each. With iPod compatibility, you can also accompany your training with your favourite music. LIFE FITNESS VIRTUAL TRAINER As well as the pre-stored programmes, the Track console allows you to download even more from the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website. You can create custom workouts and track your results online. The X3 also features an oversized, dual accessory tray and Lower-Body and Total-Body Personal Trainer modes.

• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
