The 10 kg flywheel provides plenty of resistance over 20 levels, so the intensity can be fine-tuned to your exact requirements, while the clear, LCD display allows you to monitor your progress at a glance. SUPPORT AND COMFORT The GX3.2 features Lock Down handlebars which easily adjust their position to follow your workout. Attached to the same pivoting frame as the display unit, it means you’re always ideally positioned to view your progress. The adjustable, soft gel padded saddle provides comfortable seating while you train. 23 WORKOUTS AND iFIT SD COMPATIBLE Training boredom will be a thing of the past with a choice of 23 built-in workout programmes including 12 personal trainer, 3 watts and 8 heart controlled options. iFIT SD compatible, you can personalise your routine by loading goal-specific workouts directly onto your machine and receive motivational advice. SD cards are sold separately and are available in a variety of intensity levels. CARDIOGRIP HEART RATE MONITOR Heart rate sensors are built right into the handlebars for fast, accurate heart monitoring. Your reading is displayed on the console so you can see when to speed up or take it down a notch. An optional, wireless Polar T34 chest belt is available.
