The extreme comfort of the full-body workout makes the Octane Q35x Elliptical Cross Trainer ideal for users of all levels. The elliptical also features a low step up height for easy access. CONSOLE The user-friendly console displays all your key workout statistics including your time, distance, speed, calories burned and more. With a handy auto QuickStart, getting started couldn’t be easier. The stationary handlebars also feature digital contact heart rate, which lets you know whether you’re in your target heart zone right there on the console screen. MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS The Q35x features 8 built-in workout programmes to help motivate and challenge. Even better, the machine also comes complete with Octane's signature workout boosters - X-Mode, ArmBlaster and GluteKicker - which use cross training moves to ramp up the intensity with quick interval bursts to target your whole body. All feature customizable resistance levels and interval durations to fit your needs. The Q35x also features an MOM safety mode, which increases and locks the resistance when the elliptical isn't in use. This makes it impossible for children to operate the machine.
