PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The top-of-the-line Q47Ci is a club-quality elliptical that delivers form, function and results to your home gym. Fitted with power bands and optional side platforms (sold separately), you have a convenient and effective way to enhance your strength training efforts in addition to cross training. It's a total body workout!
Powered by Octane's signature Body-Mapping ergonomics and patented QuadLink drive, you can enjoy super-smooth, low impact workouts while the workout booster modes keep you moving, motivated and seeing results.
KEY COMFORT FEATURES
Boasting an adjustable stride path, you can tweak to your needs while the innovative SmartStride technology fully adjusts to your unique stride length. Equipped with 1.8” pedal spacing – the most natural available – you can enjoy the most comfortable stride every time you train.
Other key features come courtesy of a low step on height, 3 speed console fan, soft grip pedals and two sets of handlebars. The patented multi-grip moving handlebars are exclusively designed to offer a variety of arm positions for upper body toning whilst reducing stress from repetitive motion. They also feature resistance and stride buttons for ultimate convenience. The stationary handlebars are ideal for lower body training and feature contact heart rate grips for accurate, immediate feedback.
20 MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS
20 inspiring programmes will keep you motivated, including the innovative Octane-exclusive CROSSCiRCUIT+ which combines cardio with strength training to target frequent trouble spots such as biceps and triceps. There are five variable stride workouts, which uniquely combine stride length, direction and resistance for optimum results. Other workouts include heart rate, resistance and goal-specific.
WORKOUT BOOSTER MODES
These include X-Mode and GluteKicker, which use cross training movements to get your entire body for better muscle conditioning and ArmBlaster for toning your arms and chest. There are also 5 interactive HeartLogic programmes that vary intensity levels according to your heart rate. All feature customizable resistance levels and interval durations to fit your needs.
CONSOLE
The user-friendly console displays all your key workout statistics including your time, distance, speed, calories burned and more. My QuickStart saves your favourite routines for easy retrieval in future workouts.
