The Power Plate my3 offers a wide range of exercise options including strength, flexibility, relaxation and massage, the new and improved PowerPlate my3 model delivers a full body workout from just one machine.
Innovative design features include a repeat/stop button located at the bottom of the shaft, allowing you to operate the machine from even the most difficult positions, as well as a 30-second workout option, ideal for use when undertaking particularly tough exercises and stretches.

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!
Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
