Thanks to Advanced Vibration Technology – the science behind Power Plate machines – the my5 provides a revolutionary, low-stress exercise and rehabilitation solution. Featuring three frequency options between 30-40Hz, you can customise the plate to your individual needs while the large platform gives you more room to move. This gives you the freedom to explore more exercise options and benefit from increased exposure to vibrations. Thanks to its DualSync™ Twin Motor System, precise balance is maintained at any level, maximising your muscle response.
Designed with convenience in mind, the large console display features a simple menu structure including Quick Start programmes so that even the inexperienced user can get started straightaway. Your time and frequency can be set individually and the controls remain within easy reach, even when you’re performing exercises whilst sitting or lying down. Alternatively, you can use the handy remote control for added convenience.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
