The York 80" Beefy Bar is constructed from solid steel ensuring durability and functionality. The bar has a 2.5mm thicker diameter than traditional Standard barbells (closer to the Olympic Bar), which can help improve grip and forearm strength, with the bar ends manufactured to accommodate 1” Standard weight plates. The barbell weighs 9kg itself, boasts a maximum weight capacity of 150kg, and features quality knurling for a secure grip. Spinlock collars are included. The York 20kg Black Cast Iron Dumbbell Spinlock Set is supplied in a handy plastic carry case for easy storage. Quick and easy to load up the weight plates, simply slide the desired plates onto the bars and then spin on the collars to secure the plates in place. Featuring knurled handles, each spinlock dumbbell bar ensures a secure and comfortable grip during every workout.
