The Powerline Preacher Curl Bench eliminates cheating and elbow stress while providing perfect isolation to hammer your biceps. Features adjustable seat and extra-wide, stable design. The Spinlock EZ Curl Bar minimises the strain on the wrist whilst performing preacher curls making it the perfect companion or the Powerline Preacher Curl Bench. Traditionally used for curl and row exercises, the “W” shape allows for grip variation, easing the strain placed on the wrist and elbows when lifting. The bar measures 1.2m, and comes complete with two quality spinlock collars, which are quick and safe to use, and keep your standard weight plates securely in place. A knurled bar aids grip when lifting, reducing the chance of it slipping. The bar is for use with 1” standard weight plates only, and boasts a maximum load capacity of 125kg.
