The four roller element of this product allows you to remain secure and stable as you work out, with the comfortable and cushioning pads supporting you at all times. Also featured is an adjustable footplate, which allows this machine to be well suited to any user who wishes to perform exercises including ab crunches, 90 degree hyperextensions, and oblique crunches – whilst also working on general core stability. With 2 points of articulation, this product can be used at both 45° and 90° degree angles – in turn enabling you to work at whichever level of intensity you require. The maximum load for this piece of equipment is 400lbs.
