With upgraded padding and new angled stainless steel weight horns for extra security, the Powertec Lat Machine is an effective tool for hitting your lats and upper body at home. Plate-loaded, it’s easy to control the resistance as you hit personal records in your training. The Lat Machine features a dual seat position that can be locked in place or pivot out to the side for various exercise options. Exercises include Close/Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, Low Cable Rows, Straight Bar Curls, Tricep Extensions and Kickbacks, High to Low Woodchops, Bicep Curls and more. With a 227kg weight capacity, it's ideal for all levels. Olympic weight plates sold separately. An optional 190lb weight stack can be purchases separately which provides an industry leading 500lb weight capacity.
