PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Two of the best exercises of all time to train the whole upper body. Chin-ups and dips are so productive but unfortunately most people can't perform these exercises because they can't move their own body weight for more than a few reps. Years ago companies developed an assist system using a weight stack for the gyms that worked in reverse. In other words the more resistance, the easier the exercise became. Now Powertec has developed the first assist system in leverage form that now allows the user to benefit from these exercises. The concept is simple. Load weight on the lever arm and that is the amount you will deduct from your body weight so now you can perform chin-ups and dips using full range of motion and ease. The L-CDA also incorporates an adjustable U shaped section that easily moves up and down for both exercises. Finally everyone can take advantage of these two classic exercises.
